Is ClickBank a Scam?
Getting paid by ClickBank is a nightmare for affiliates due to their suspicious CDR (Customer Distribution Requirement: https://support.clickbank.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035289212-What-is-the-Customer-Distribution-Requirement-) in place to “steal” affiliates commissions. ClickBank uses this technique to scam affiliates of their commissions. To qualify for payout ClickBank requires that you, the affiliate, must process five unique sales from two separate payment methods: American Express, Carte Bleue, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa. Guess what, if your referrals use just Visa or just MasterCard, you don’t get paid. But, ClickBank still made the sell, charged the vendors for the transactions, kept the money, and just because your referrals did not meet the CDR requirements, you don’t get paid. ClickBank is a scam. You work hard to earn that commission and to have it stripped from you is really sucks, don’t waste your time with it.
Legit affiliate programs and networks don’t have this requirements because they are legit and will pay their affiliates accordingly per every referral resulted in a sell of the products or services.
